About The Role
FP&A Analyst | London (Hybrid) | our client
A fast-growing, innovative regulated fintech is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing finance team at the centre of strategic decision-making. This is a genuine opportunity to shape how the business forecasts, plans, and reports, not just maintain someone else's spreadsheet.
You'll take ownership of the monthly operating model, sharpen forecasting methodology, and support Board and budget reporting that senior leadership relies on directly. You'll work cross-functionally, translating business developments into model inputs and closing the gap between finance's numbers and the business's own view of performance. AI isn't an afterthought here as you will be expected to use it to work faster and think sharper, not just faster typing.
What you'll bring:
- Advanced Excel modelling skills - ability to build, manipulate, and adjust models
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) (0-5 years PQE)
- Background in Financial Services, Fintech, or FCA regulated environment highly desired
- A growth mindset, you spot what's broken and fix it, not just report it
- Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity to use AI tools to improve the speed and rigour of your analysis
