Treasury Cash Manager (6-Month FTC)

London | Hybrid (1 to 2 days a week)
£70,000 to £75,000 per annum + Benefits

We're supporting a large, international organisation with the appointment of a Treasury Cash Manager on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Treasury professional to join a high-performing finance function and take ownership of group-wide cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term forecasting activities across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities:
- Leading daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, liquidity movements, and internal funding
- Managing short-term cash forecasting processes and performing robust variance analysis
- Monitoring and optimising group liquidity, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Reviewing bank balances, cash positions, and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Producing insightful cash flow and forecasting reporting for senior stakeholders
- Driving process improvements, controls enhancements, and operational efficiencies
- Supporting Treasury transformation initiatives, including systems optimisation and automation projects
- Building strong relationships with Treasury, FP&A, banking partners, and wider business stakeholders

About You:
- Proven Treasury, Cash Management, or Treasury Operations experience
- Strong understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting
- Experience working within a complex, multi-entity organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exposure to Treasury Management Systems, ideally Kyriba
- Experience using banking platforms and ERP systems such as Oracle
- Demonstrable track record of improving processes, controls, and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
