How Global started
Drawing on personal experience and business relationships established while working in London, Global Career HQ was created by Bernie Kelly and Susie Vokins.
Susie Vokins, a Brit, has lived and worked in London, Paris, Rome and New York. After becoming the leading banking finance recruiter for Michael Page International in London, Susie moved to New Zealand to establish Robert Walters.
A Kiwi and accountant by profession, Bernie Kelly headed to London on his OE. He worked in banking in London before his entrepreneurial spirit took hold, and took him down a different career path – Leading on to him co-founding Global.
Where we are based
After doing our stint working in big cities overseas, we now work across different time zones from sunny Golden Bay in New Zealand.
