A newly created opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded finance professional to join a growing luxury Hospitality Group with an established international footprint. This is a high-visibility position supporting a period of continued growth and investment across the group.

Reporting to the number 2 in finance, the successful candidate will act as a key business partner across a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels, F&B concepts, and corporate functions. This role has great focus on commercial finance, rather than BAU, combining commercial analysis, strategic thinking, and project delivery to identify opportunities, improve profitability, and enhance efficiency across the portfolio as well as influencing decisions around profitability, investment, and future growth.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead Group-wide finance projects focused on improving profitability, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Analyse site performance, identifying opportunities across revenue, margins, costs, and controls.
- Business partner across Development, Design, F&B, Marketing, and Revenue, providing commercial challenge and insight.
- Lead investment cases, ROI modelling, capex planning, and post-investment reviews.
- Support strategic property and real estate projects.
- Develop tools and processes to improve finance productivity and insight across the Group.
- Partner with hotel finance teams to strengthen commercial analysis and best practice.
- Support the CFO and senior finance team on strategic and cross-functional projects.

**About you**
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified.
- Experience working across a multisite, consumer-facing business is strongly preferred.
- Highly commercial, analytical, and proactive, with a focus on driving profitability and improvement.
- Confident analysing performance, building financial models, and turning data into clear recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and manage complex projects.
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

This would suit someone looking to move beyond traditional reporting and take genuine ownership of commercial decision-making within an ambitious, high-end consumer business.
