£50,000 – £60,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
Central London | Hybrid – 3-4 days per week in the office

Our client is partnering with a large, international PE-backed technology business to recruit a Finance Analyst – Transformation. This is a newly created role supporting a major global transformation programme across a complex international organisation. Working closely with the Transformation PMO, Finance and senior stakeholders, you will provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and insight to track programme performance, monitor benefits and support effective decision-making.

The role offers broad exposure across finance, transformation and data analytics, with the opportunity to contribute to the development of reporting, processes, systems and controls during a significant period of change.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Support financial reporting and analysis across a major multi-year transformation programme
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting packs and performance metrics to track programme delivery
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across transformation workstreams
- Analyse programme costs, benefits, variances and key financial drivers
- Track the delivery of transformation benefits and provide clear insight on performance against plan
- Support programme governance and ensure consistent, accurate reporting across multiple workstreams
- Partner with Finance, Transformation, operational teams and external advisers
- Provide financial and commercial analysis to support senior stakeholder decision-making
- Support the implementation and improvement of reporting tools, systems and processes
- Use data analytics and automation to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting
- Help develop robust processes and controls around programme reporting
- Support wider transformation initiatives and ad hoc analysis as required

You will have experience within financial analysis, FP&A, reporting, commercial finance or transformation, ideally gained within a large, complex or international organisation. You will be highly analytical and comfortable working with large volumes of financial and operational data, with the ability to turn this into clear, meaningful insight.

Strong Excel skills are essential, including experience with tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot and Pivot Tables. Experience with SAP and financial reporting systems would also be attractive, together with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities across Finance and non-Finance teams. Previous exposure to a transformation programme, PMO environment or large-scale change initiative would be advantageous. A part-qualified or newly qualified accountant would be attractive, although strong relevant finance and analytical experience is equally important.

Experience with Power BI, VBA, Python, AI or other automation and data analytics tools would also be highly beneficial.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful international business at an important stage of its transformation journey. The role offers significant exposure to senior Finance and Transformation stakeholders and the opportunity to develop broad experience across financial analysis, data, programme reporting and business transformation.
