We're partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvement
- Manage and develop the finance team
- Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a multi-site business
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business
