**Investment Banking Associate (M&A) - Business Services (Professional Services)**

The client, a global independent financial advisory firm, is actively hiring an Associate to join their Business Services mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team in London.

**Requirements for consideration:**

- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical abilities; strong LBO and DCF modelling skills.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Sponsor backed, buy & sell-side deal execution experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be deal execution focused, as well as managing junior bankers in the team.
