I'm working with a property management company looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller to help strengthen controls, embed best practice, and deliver reporting that supports better decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Producing monthly management accounts across multiple sites and client entities
- Owning month-end close, journals, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Supporting corporate reporting, audit, statutory, and tax requirements
- Working with fund accountants, investors, and external advisors
- Driving process and systems improvements across finance
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A
- Managing treasury activities, client money, and company reconciliations
- Overseeing outsourced AP and supporting AR, invoicing, and collections
- Preparing management fee, recharge, and service charge invoices/budgets
- Supporting the Financial Controller with finance governance and compliance

**Key Skills Required:**

- Part-qualified accountant
- Experience producing management accounts in a multi-site or multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of month-end, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial controls
