This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant looking to broaden their commercial finance and business partnering experience within a complex, international environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, influencing decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives.

As the business continues through a significant transformation journey, you will also play an important role in driving process standardisation, automation, operational excellence, and value creation initiatives across the organisation. The role will provide significant exposure to senior leadership and international stakeholders, with opportunities for international travel.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Lead labour rate, utilisation, and productivity planning and analysis
- Deliver insightful analysis across performance, margins, costs, and profitability
- Partner with senior operational leaders across multiple international markets, providing financial challenge, insight, and recommendations
- Support key business decisions through robust financial modelling and commercial analysis
- Produce monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and leadership presentations
- Conduct detailed variance analysis, cost centre reviews, and performance investigations
- Analyse contract and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support capital investment reviews, business cases, and post-implementation benefits tracking
- Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs
- Drive finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support finance system improvement projects and the standardisation of global reporting processes
- Support inventory, supply chain, and warranty-related finance activities
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, governance standards, and system controls
- Support the interpretation and application of IFRS accounting standards

**Candidate Profile**

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience across FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering. You will have a proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight and use this to influence senior stakeholders and improve business performance.

Strong Excel and financial systems experience are essential, alongside experience across financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will be highly analytical, commercially minded, and confident communicating financial information to senior operational stakeholders.

Experience within a large multinational or complex international organisation would be highly beneficial, as would exposure to service, operational, or commercially focused finance environments. Experience across inventory, supply chain, cost analysis, or similar operational finance areas would also be advantageous.

You will be a strong relationship builder who can operate effectively across multiple regions and cultures, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations.

Experience with finance transformation, continuous improvement, Power BI, or advanced reporting tools would be particularly attractive.

**Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a PE-backed technology business at an exciting stage of its transformation and growth journey. You will have significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence financial and operational performance across a global organisation. The role combines commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, and transformation, providing excellent breadth of experience and long-term career development potential.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a complex international environment, develop strong commercial and strategic finance experience, and play a key role in driving improvements across the wider organisation.
