About The Role

Our client is a global manufacturing business with production and commercial operations spanning multiple countries and markets. They are looking to hire a Treasury & Financial Services Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join their finance team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, this role supports a range of credit, treasury, and financial services activities across the group's global entities. You'll work closely with day-to-day transactional banks and internal stakeholders on cash management, cash forecasting, working capital and trade finance, and wholesale/retail finance administration. Cash flows supported are EUR/USD 200m+ per month, across multiple currencies, entities, and sales streams in 50+ countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day cash management, including cash pooling, manual payments, bank charges, and FX risk
- Build and maintain relationships with transactional banks to ensure smooth payment processes and up-to-date banking mandates
- Support weekly cash forecasting, reconciling cash movements to bank transactions and collating forecasts from regional finance teams
- Administer wholesale finance facilities: manage the upload schedule, maintain the tracker and database, oversee dealer utilisation and costs, and produce related reports
- Administer retail finance products and services: update the global performance report suite, quarterly benchmark reporting, product/service documentation, and campaign activity

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field
- A few years' experience in an accounting firm, bank, or corporate treasury function
- Good accounting knowledge and well-developed Excel skills
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and face-to-face
