Central London | Hybrid
A large international business is recruiting a Treasury Manager to join its Group Treasury team. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, this is a broad, hands-on role covering cash forecasting, funding, foreign exchange, liquidity, banking, and treasury controls. The role combines day-to-day treasury management with systems and process improvement, helping develop efficient, scalable, and well-controlled Treasury operations across a complex international group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the Group cash forecasting process, consolidating and challenging forecasts from international businesses
- Manage intercompany funding, cash repatriation, and the intercompany loan portfolio
- Support the development of cash pooling and concentration structures
- Execute FX and hedge transactions and oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
- Review Group FX exposures, identifying unhedged positions and natural offsets
- Manage bank guarantees, facilities, banking relationships, mandates, and e-banking access
- Produce cash, debt, FX, and liquidity reporting for senior stakeholders
- Develop and operate robust Treasury controls across payments, banking, and counterparties
- Support implementation of a Treasury Management System, including requirements, UAT, migration, and go-live
- Improve and automate Treasury processes, controls, and reporting
- Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, local teams, banks, and external partners internationally
The successful candidate will be AMCT and/or accountancy qualified with strong corporate treasury experience gained within a complex international organisation. You will have hands-on experience across cash forecasting, FX, intercompany funding, and cash management within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
You will be comfortable owning Group cash forecasting, executing FX transactions, and managing cross-border cash movements. Strong Excel, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in an evolving environment will also be important.
Experience implementing or improving a Treasury Management System would be particularly attractive, as would exposure to cash pooling, leveraged finance, bank connectivity, SAP, Finastra, or 360T. PE-backed, leveraged, or carve-out experience would also be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad Treasury Manager role combining hands-on Treasury operations with systems, process improvement, and transformation, with significant exposure to senior Finance stakeholders.
